New set of map files 2018.04.09

New set of map files. Something across almost all the expansions:
Original EQ:
*Everfrost Peaks: Added building in northern caves. Added ground spawn locations for Barbarian skeleton pieces and a few others I found.
*North Qeynos: Added ground spawn for Old Silver Coin.
*South Qeynos: Added entrance to Qeynos Aquaducts located in the water off the dock area (#19 from EQAtlas maps).
*Qeynos Hills: Added ground spawns for Ebon Lotus and Library of Erudin collectible cards.
*The Jaggedpine Forest: Added ground spawns for Fertile Earth and Ervonis’s Axe.
*The Hole: Added ground spawn for Outcast’s Journal, Old Paineel Book, and Ancient Book Cover.
*North Felwithe: Added ground spawn for Old Silver Coin.
Ruins of Kunark:
*Skyfire Mountains: Added 3 islands in center of lava lake. Added ground spawn of Skyfire Pumice on one of them. Also added Fusable Igneous Ore and Golden Dagger.
*Temple of Droga: Clarified the one-way fall in SE area of zone.
Planes of Power:
Plane of Disease: Labeled Gryme’s Crypt Key on locked door (and unpickable).
Lost Dungeons of Norrath:
The Chambers of Eternal Afflictions: Added doors and missing walls/stairs in SW corner of zone.
Gates of Discord:
Ikkinz, Chambers of Destruction: Cleaned up map.
Txevu: Remapped entire zone from scratch. All the maps I could find looked horrible, and most were upside down! Labeled all locked doors.
Qvic: Clarified zone-in location to Txevu.
Qinimi: Cleaned up map
Tipt: Labeled Harshly Spiked Key on locked door to Riddler area (and unpickable).
Omen’s of War:
Dranik’s Scar: Remapped entire zone from scratch. Added hill terrain. Looks much better.
Noble’s Causeway: Merged over 5,400 lines out of map with no loss of quality. Cleaned up large portions and added lots of details.
Wall of Slaughter: Started remapping this zone and realized Good had redone it recently. Fused his map with mine, but I’m still adjusting the upper castle areas.
Depths of Darkhollow:
The Hive: First cut and cleaning up this zone. Recolored and removed lot of confusing duplicate lines. Lot left to do, but holding off until I’m done through OoW.
The Serpent’s Spine:
Crescent Reach: Remapped the skeleton building in the NE newbie area. Added groundspawns. Labeled locked door in the inn area as pickable.
Blightfire Moors: Remapped the NW tower. Also remapped the SE Bixie houses.
Seeds of Destruction:
Oceangreen Hills: Remapped NE Castle and ramparts/upper areas. Remapped northern caves. Added missing NPCs and quest givers.
Oceangreen Village: Remapped houses. Added hill terrain. Added missing NPCs and quest givers.
Ring of Scale:
Veeshan’s Peak: Recolorized zone, added doors, and added lots of collectible ground spawn locations.
